I'm not at all surprised that he explicitly names the American flag. The next step is going to be an EO to not prosecute burning other countries' flags as hate speech.
except israel… that’d be antisemitism
and if you don’t use a pride flag and fracked oil to fuel your grill on 4th july and somehow using an AR-15 to light it that’s a prosecution
