No dorkus this is a joke about how clothing stores are 99% women's clothes and have maybe a tiny corner for men.
Now that you pointed it out, I see the single shirt hanging in the last two panels. My first read of the comic was also "lol women love shopping" trash humor.
But they do?
Few statements predicated on "All women" are true. The same goes for many other subcategories of people.
