I picked this up in an antique shop when I was a kid, maybe 15 years ago. I guess I lost the stylus along the way.

Troncets are such adorable minimalist devices. Like an abacus you don't have to think about. The sort of thing that could have existed a thousand years ago, but wasn't developed until after the comptometer.
