Same here, except at the 2nd/mid stage which is apparently reversible through diet/exercise management.
The advice given by colleagues and family were to cut down on carbs (white bread, rice etc.), eating more high fibre foods (green veggies, wholemeal bread etc.). Avoiding more processed/fatty meats like bacon, sausages, beef and pork. Fish and chicken still seem ok.
They also advised at least some daily cardio and core strengthening exercises.
You have or had fatty liver disease too?
Yeah still have it, got the diagnosis a few weeks ago lol
