So he is right with it being non affordable housing as over half of them are not affordable housing.

Come on man, luxury flats are not luxury and affordable homes are not affordable.

These properties are nothing but assets for the rich to add to their portfolio and a few people that are lucky enough to have generational wealth or a couple with 100,000+ salaries.
