Being the best white blues player is like being tic tac toe champion. It's a title, but does it really mean anything? Forgive the gatekeeping I just find it rather distasteful. Yeah he wasn't ever that impressive, I can't recall being blown away by anything I've ever heard from him.

Come on man, luxury flats are not luxury and affordable homes are not affordable.

These properties are nothing but assets for the rich to add to their portfolio and a few people that are lucky enough to have generational wealth or a couple with 100,000+ salaries.
