The "pater familias" taking the fam out to eat at Hooters is pure, distilled derangement right out of a Hunter S. Thompson novel. The very notion is so alien to my mind. I just cannot compute. It's like what Chuck E Cheese is to casinos, Hooters is to strip clubs.
