Inspired by @FauxPseudo@lemmy.world. Short on time, but had about an hour, so I made garlic knots.

The two ones in the forefront have been garlic buttered with parsley, will do the others as I eat them so I can keep them at room temperature until reheating. Had to force myself to stop eating them.

Plans for a seeded bread soon. It's 6C - 16C in Melbourne, so it's baking season!

Not this one - this one's got yeast. I've never made garlic knots before, so your post was my inspiration! Will have to commit more time next time to make one's that stay soft for a few days. Had to microwave these to warm and soften them the next day. Still yum!

Ah, right. Yeah, I was a bit all over the place yesterday when I posted, my bad. I haven't done the soda bread one yet, but it's on the list! Have to do a bread loaf for the week, so doing that right now!
