My wife doesn't understand how i can think with EDM on headphones, but it really does work.
Crust punk works well too. Or anything chaotic
Its like when two waves crash into each other they cancel out. My brain is one chaotic wave, dingy punk is the other.
Gore grind is crust on steroids. Give Brilliant Behemoth a go. Or JigAi. Or even Last Days of Humanity
I'm penchant to Bone Dirger when Gore becomes too much. Try the Fateful Five mix, or take Monty's Ghost for a whirl

Phew. For some time I thought I went Google illiterate.
Most of the time I'll have an earworm song in my head... but the thing is it's usually not alone.
Anything can be chaotic enough if you mash up enough different songs together at the same time.

That's why I like grindcore...and crustpunk and pretty much any cacophony fun times
