90% of my bad experiences with customers come from Boomers. Something about being born in that era makes you an entitled, impatient dickhead.

I had a very bad day at work if you couldn't tell.

Yeah basically. Being a white adult with even just a high school education in the 80s was the generational equivalent of winning the lottery. Turned most of those people into kulaks.
