Yes but a lane for one bus also seems odd. As far as I have heard it is a lane for one bus number that doesn't run all the time.
School busses use them too
It was intended for BRT, so we have to run that BRT to see if it was worth for its intended purpose.
I can't tell if it's still under construction or not, but now the city and province has to step up for the transit service to ensure the high quality transit route is there when it opens, or ASAP if it already is open.
