Yes, but not anyone is normally allowed in the womens bathroom, or other "female zones", if you will. Men don't have anything to do in there. If you don't pass as a woman, you shouldn't be in there. Simple as that.
You ever stop to consider that maybe you don't pass as your chosen gender to someone else? Let people use the public restrooms they want. Harassment and rape are crimes, police that all you want, but we don't need idiots getting bent out of shape and causing confrontations in restrooms because they believe they know better than the individuals who choose to present as a gender.

I look at you, see that you look "chestier" than my idea of a man, and you're in the men's restroom!! Now I start screaming about you harassing me in my gender's restroom. You need to leave!!!! How fucking stupid. Nobody needs to be policing people's appearances in what should be a pretty safe place. Don't hassle anyone in the bathroom, whether you think they look more like a man or a woman at a glance.
Which wouldn't be a problem because men can defend themselves from other men. Also, men usually aren't raped somewhere outside - men rape usually occurs in relationships, and at a MUCH lower rate than for women. I don't have a problem with trans-men going to the mens bathroom. I have a problem with trans-WOMEN going to the WOMENS bathroom because women should be protected from this kind of harassment. Men do not experience that level of harassment.
The fact that you can't even realize such a simple thing and you unironically thought it's some kind of "gotcha" moment or whatever just proves my point that you are living in a delusion where the world is a merry place and everyone gets a pony for his 12th birthday. So any kind of discussion with you in this regard is completely useless since you can't even understand the simplest concepts.

This is not some "imaginary nonsense" you claim. This is the reality hundreds of thousands, if not millions of women face every single day.
You're not affected by it. You make yourself affected so you can collect internet points from people who live in similar ivory towers, not having to live with the outcomes of the decisions you propagate. You're one of those politicians that told the public during covid: "No you REALLY gotta stay home, we do too, we all suffer together :((((" while celebrating private parties on some estates.
