Youtube is apparently rolling out a new change where when you share a video link it will share you profile with whoever clicks it.

Everyone should be aware of this especially when sharing to something like hexbear. It can break your anonymity without you even realizing.

A podcast I listen to here in Canada mentioned their partner doing something at the bank, brought all his government ID stuff and they still tried to make them give the bank a cellphone number for 2-factor identification as if that's more secure than the documents. Was able to talk get them to accept the documents but governments have totally abandoned "security" of identity to private corporations.
