House isn't autistic. He's brilliant, but in constant pain and taking it out on anyone and everyone around him.
You mean to say that autism ISN'T the same thing as malignant narcissism compounded by drug addiction and being brilliant enough to be surrounded by enablers?! 🤯
People can have comorbidities. I think House has chronic pain, autism, and NPD.
But one is for sure, he doesn't have lupus.
I don't remember the show ever officially ruling that out.
