Yes those are their actual names, after the backlash they never appeared in published comic(these are from sneak peaks at a then unreleased new New Warriors series) apparently their origin involved inhaling 'internet gas'

Even the outrageously bigoted and straight up awful backstories were still considered "too woke", we truly are fucked as a society
