LB, at least half of what you're posting here at this point is social media screenshots about ADHD. Can we please for the love of god keep this a space specifically about autism? I know they can be comorbid, but you've basically turned this comm into a dumping grounds for "things I find personally relatable" rather than "discussion of/memes about autism". I have no idea why either, because I'm certain an ADHD comm exists.
Edit: Your last five posts here are all talking about ADHD with no mention of autism, and two of them are literally dupes that never got removed.
Yeah I definitely don’t relate much to ADHD content. I know autism and ADHD can and often are comorbid so I don’t think it’s wildly out of place to have some ADHD content but it would be ok too if we had less content over all of it was more specific imo. I know LB works really hard to provide content for Lemmy and I’m grateful for it but I think this might be a case of less is more, we can also try to participate more ourselves too.
That said I don’t think this post is an “ADHD thing” for me it’s about my fear of getting bad news and if I will be able to cope with it, I think labeling this as ADHD in the first place is the issue not that this isn’t relatable content.
Thanks for your feedback! As I understand it, it is allowed under the rules, but I'm happy to stop posting if the moderator wants me to. Maybe discuss your concerns with them. Also in future you can report double posts so they get removed ❤️
