Yeah I definitely don’t relate much to ADHD content. I know autism and ADHD can and often are comorbid so I don’t think it’s wildly out of place to have some ADHD content but it would be ok too if we had less content over all of it was more specific imo. I know LB works really hard to provide content for Lemmy and I’m grateful for it but I think this might be a case of less is more, we can also try to participate more ourselves too.
That said I don’t think this post is an “ADHD thing” for me it’s about my fear of getting bad news and if I will be able to cope with it, I think labeling this as ADHD in the first place is the issue not that this isn’t relatable content.
