Turns out one of the kids has hand foot and mouth so that's my excuse to take some days off this week sorted

it's really horrible, lots of baby panadol to help with the pain
I'll make sure to keep them loaded up. Especially at bedtime
Oooh. That can be yucky. Hopefully a short stint and a quick recovery.
It's a bother but not too much it seems. Just have to make sure it doesn't transfer to other kids
