Hell, where are the individual lawsuits?
This may be the most stark [strategic] difference between Democrats and Republicans. Republicans seek out and fund court cases, hoping that at least one of them makes the right argument in front of the right judge. Dunno quite how long it's been going on for; at least as long as I've been alive, although I wouldn't be surprised if it's a tradition that stretches back further.
Democrats... don't. At least as far as I'm aware. It's a glaring imbalance.

there's a few here and there but the courts are deliberately slow
The courts sure work fast when the republicans need them to, weird that California, New York, or Illinois can’t get that working
