I have weirdo trying to say I made a bomb threat to flag the auto-mod system. Besides blocking him, what do you think is the best way to avoid stalking? I'd prefer to stay on the platform and not let gross dudes like that win by silencing me. I'm pretty sure it's just a random teenager from Australia. I mostly talk about animals and welfare on my account.

That's far but honestly what is the solution? They know your handle. They can just make a new account and do the same thing if they're blocked...

Logging IPs and, depending on country, go for the regulatory way.
That is of course a bit more difficult on platforms like lemmy.
