It amazes me how collectively stupid we humans are.

I don't think "stupid" is the most accurate term, although I'll admit it's easier and more to the point than "short-sightedly selfish & greedy." These assholes bulldoze their way through life assuming that like 99% of the previous challenges they've faced, forcing your way through usually works to get what you want in the end - who cares about all the destruction left in their wake as long as they got what they wanted, amirite? They do their damnedest not to think about how much of a bitch that remaining 1% of the time where bullying their way through doesn't work can be.

While I agree with your thought, what I meant is that all of us are stupid for living in our current reality.
