Switched about a month ago, bought vitamin supplement and feeling great, was planning on going vegan for a long time. Thought it's made me feel depressed about the state of the world and guilty bout not doing it earlier because it's been so easy. I knew about the horrible way humans treat animals but before I guess I had some cognitive dissonance switch and now that it's gone I'm just feeling sad and powerless.

That's why we always advocate for getting organised in spaces that are effective and doing actual groundwork.
