Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.
7. No duplicate posts.
If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.
8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. News aggregators such as Yahoo, Google, Hacker News, etc. should be avoided in favor of the original source link. Newswire services such as AP, Reuters, or AFP, are frequently republished and may be shared from other credible sources.
10. Don't copy entire article in your post body

This list is for future prosecutions, and as such doesn't run afoul of this proposed law.
So we are already at the point where ice agents will be put in prison?
They're certianly afraid of it. The situation is not nearly as rigged as they want you to believe, that's why they're trying so hard to make it so
I just won't blame the ICE agents for it, I'll blame those that make decisions that lead to bad outcomes. This website doxxing ICE is a waste of time and energy. In my opinion its stepping backwards as well.
You don't blame the ice agents for assaulting and kidnapping people?
No because they have been convinced they are being good citizens by doing it. They aren't evil people being evil for shits and giggles. I will allow them the chance to redeem themselves and I will offer them forgiveness when the time comes, just like I would anyone else.
Internet purity tests just dont work out in real life. People dont live mistake free lives, nor do they ever stop learning.
It doesn't matter that they've been convinced. I have access to all the same media, and I haven't been convinced to join in with abusing people.
That's because I have good Critical Thinking Skills, and I use them, especially to guide my morality to follow what I know is right, and not just what my worst emotions tell me. If I start to feel bigoted towards someone, I have the self-awareness to recognize it, and direct my thinking in a better direction.
MAGAs, and other stupid people, just accept their bigoted feelings, and act on them. Good people will suppress those feelings, and substitute moral and ethical thinking instead, and train their brain to think that way. It's harder that just reacting to your emotions, but becoming a mature, positively-comtributing member of society takes effort.
So I don't accept excuses like they needed the money, or they were only following orders, etc. They knew what they were signing up for, and most, if not all, did it because they saw a chance to wield evil power over vulnerable innocent people.
They are evil people, and defending them is evil as well.
You dont have access to the same media they do, thats not how it works with technology these days. Honestly, all I see is you trying to convince yourself you are a good person. Thats fine and all, but doesn't help society much. Its a very selfish reaction to what's happening now to use it to highlight what a good person you think you are, and what bad people they must be.

What kind of Super-Special media do they have access to that the rest of don't? Besides, that's kind of the point. They aren't taking part in normal society, they are living in an alternate reality dictated by the Conservative Propaganda Machine, where the most corrupt treasonous people on our nation's history dare to clutch their pearls and point fingers at others who are completely innocent. Most of us choose to live in the real world, and make personal, career, and political decisions based on objective truth, not based on our petty bigotry, jealousy, and greed.
And not once did I say I was a good person. Nobody knows my sins more than me.
What I said was that there are jobs that are too immortal, unethical, or just plain EVIL that I would never do. That doesn't mean I'm a good person, it just means that I actively, deliberately, enthusiastically choose to NOT be EVIL.
However, all that said, I AM a Good Person, a decent, empathetic, moral, ethical, friendly, caring person. EVERYBODY should be. It should be the default way to live your life, and is, in fact, what the Founding Fathers talked about in the Declaration of Independence when they wrote about "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness."
Nobody was more Woke than the Founding Fathers.
They have the same social media but different algorithms.
A fantastic example is with charlie kirk. Many on the right saw positive, hopeful, respectful messaging from him, often in a religious setting. Those on the left saw vulgar, argumentative, and disrespectful messaging from him.
So after his death, we have a huge gap between how each half of the country viewed him, because they saw different things on social media. The same happens with Trump to a degree.
So they dont literally have a different social media, but they dont see the same things you do. Even with these ICE raids, they are seeing clips of citizens harming officers or putting them in danger, rather than them peacefully protesting. You can find clips on both sides from Portland, as another example. One side sees peace, the other sees chaos.
You blame the algorithm, I blame their lack of Critical Thinking Skills.
Algorithms develop from your engagement history, so if it's feeding you bullshit, it's because you are accepting of bullshit. People should grow up, stop being intellectually lazy, and challenge their sources.
And people like you should stop giving them a pass for their Treason, corruption, racism, pedophilia, etc. They are evil criminals, and have not earned, nor deserve, understanding, empathy, or mercy from any decent, moral citizen. Stop defending evil.
People aren't created as fully formed adults who then pick their morals and values. If thats how it worked, I'd agree with you. Since its not how it works, we need to figure out how to produce change in a positive direction. I dont think that involves doxxing and endangering other citizens who have a job some may disagree with. Disagreeing with someone isn't the same as causing harm for someone, surely you must know that.

I see extremely poorly trained and confused ICE agents. They seem somewhat scared as it goes on too. Every person in that video is a victim of what's going on with american leadership.
Intent is often one of the hardest things to prove in court cases anyway, often requiring additional sources of information to assess state of mind (mens rhea). At least, in a society where law matters. That said, if we assume US law matters at all (which you should never assume considering its historical actions), the stated goal of the site is for future prosecutions, as you've said and I agree.
