I’m so tired of this weather.
https://education.nationalgeographic.org/resource/weather-or-climate-whats-difference/
This ain't weather. This is climate and one that is only going to get worse as politicians, corporations, and unthinking/duped voters continuous dragging their heels on addressing the crisis
Whatever it is, I hate it. We need to block the sun.
All life on Earth depends on the Sun and would cease without it. Humans shouldn't be so careless with the only atmosphere we'll ever have. Our ongoing destruction of Earth's atmosphere and other natural resources is where the problem lies, not with the Sun
The sun certainly contributes to the unbearable heat we now get every summer.
We had sun when I was a kid, we didn't have this.
Analyzing a problem rationally, such as by separating modifiable and non-modifiable factors allows us to identify where and how we can intervene effectively to do something about the "unbearable heat we now get every summer." Instead, angering at the non-modifiable sun is channeling hopelessness or signalling defeat and, most importantly, is a vote to maintain business as usual (eg, more fossil fuels) versus advocating for Green Transition Now. Angering at the sun is the proverbial 'putting one's head in the ground'
It's not weather, it's out-of-control wildfires caused by massive budget cuts to firefighting.
I’ll rephrase: I’m being made, through no fault of my own, to feel dramatically uncomfortable because of the environment.
