In his star trek recap podcast he's constantly highlighting contributions to unions, workers power and other organizing made by anyone who worked on the episode at hand. When they have guests he always brings up labor struggles they were involved in as on par with asking them about other experiences like other productions, working with other celebs etc. I think it is a great intervention to really normalize the idea of being an active union member as an expected part of doing a job.

I heard him say things that sounded like broad hints at anti Zionism but when I looked into it (few months ago) couldn't find anything one way or another.
