Though now I'm worried I might get a gout attack, which I didn't think of when I came up with this idea
So far an hour or two later I'm still ok, so I'm hopeful. Though I'm not out of the woods until tomorrow mid morning.

document everything you can, if you do get a attack you can map out your triggers!
fructose mega dosing! but I don't think a single orange will be enough to throw out your fructose metabolism.
A single mandarin was enough. It doesn't take much fructose.

Last gout attack was after a small tub of yoghurt which had about 8g of sugar, so a single fruit could be enough, though it's buffered by fibre which the sugar in sweet yoghurt isn't
