I looked it up, the full phrase is "ร  fleur de peau" which literally translated means "on the flower/bloom of the skin" but is closer in meaning to "emotionally vulnerable/raw/just beneath the surface". It's a play on words to do with emotion and fragrance applied to the skin. Quite cool.

That listens. I did get quite taken aback at the name when I first saw it, and translated it as 'skinflower'. Which appears to be wildly inaccurate. Me bad.
