if you consider American elections to be "fair and fair" to the democratic and republican parties (we all know it's not free or fair for the others)
then I would say it's not happening ,elections will stay the same they have been for the last half a century and nothing will change
I have no idea why any self proclaimed communist would believe otherwise
also republicans don't need to cheat to beat democrats
They don't need to but they definitely cheat anyway. There's countless evidence of the schemes they've tried in Republican controlled states and localities, especially since the last election. They've purged voter rolls, increased gerrymandering like they do in Texas, the Supreme Court is looking to strike down the Voter Rights Act, making mail-in voting harder, they've had ICE at polling places and bam lot drop off boxes as well as other intimidating paramilitares, and more. Soon, we'll be back to freaking Poll Taxes and voting literacy tests.
I think they'll up the cheating and try to cut Democrats out of the process in 2028. They'll try to keep them as a permanent minority party, and the people will just shrug and say "What can you do? Vote harder I guess."
