Why did Mamdani say he would arrest him if the law prevents him from doing so?
He has the power to not deploy police against anti-genocide protestors. Instead he deployed police to prevent protestors from interfering as genocidal Zionists violated both international and US law in his city.
He has the power to not provide any police escorts or security while Hitler 2.0 visits, and let whatever happens happen. Instead he's going to provide security I'm sure.
