Shark rich environment happening here, with a lot of quicksand too. However, if ol' girl still has sufficient marbles, there's still time to get everything sorted out properly so no last minute changes can fuck over what she wants. There are lawyers who can set everything up so her wishes are respected. Wills, powers of attorney (medical and otherwise). May need consent from ol' boy, but I don't that's going to be the major issue here. Unless ol' boy drops dead or gets run over by a bus. Yes there's a cost but it's a one time only with a bit of luck. DM me if you want a contact.
