This article is hard to read. It's so chauvinistic towards the global south it hurts.
"why are these stupid countries not aligning with the west and becoming neocolonies for us to impose structural adjustments on!!" Crazy how little real politik these rags employ on other nations, but it makes sense when the imperial ambitions set to discredit their actions as little more than brainwashed pawns that daddy empire needs to "save".
Yeah, you can really see how the imperials see the rest of humanity here.
