This is a relative scale. 100 being the baseline.
So a random sample will contain 1.4 times as much coke, for 80% of the cost.
Not one random sample but the average of all samples.

Presumably 40% less non-coke inclusion. So if before it was 90% coke and 10% cut, it'd be 94/6
Specifically from around 40-50% to 70-80%.
It's impossible to get more than roughly 85-90% purity as that's the purity they export.
That makes a lot more sense. Or the quality was originally absolutely terrible.
