Regardless of whether or not he is actually dead, if he's ill enough that it's even a question, that surely must mean he isn't doing his job.
Well, it's kinda nice that he isn't doing his job ...
His job is stalling though, so, he kind of is actually. I wouldn't be surprised if "weekend at Bernie my ass if I die in an election year" was in his will.
