You're right. Fauci trying to prevent avoidable deaths from a pandemic makes him a war criminal because he chose to do it while the president (glances at recent history) was a modern US president.
He should have waited to attempt to slow a global pandemic for a presidency that wasn't committing or contributing to the atrocities and suffering of people abroad.
