A friend of mine was tragically killed recently in a random act of gun violence. He was an artist. His works were all over the place and left a solid legacy for people to remember him by. The ultimate expression of his beautiful soul, captured in perpetuity.

I've decided to start doing some art so I can leave the world a better place than I found it. So I need to learn to draw.

Thank you for the post and that story, you've reminded me why I need to get back to some of my own creative endeavors too.

Keep up the good practice! I'm sure your friend would be proud to know your art is part of his legacy too.
