Minnesota needs to grow a pair.

Say that any incident involving violence and ICE will result in a mandatory 24 hour detainment of involved officers for a basic initial investigation by the state. 24 hours is enough to get videos of the event and a general idea of what happened to either hold someone longer or determine whether it was at least minimally justified.

Police can already detain anyone for 24 hours essentially without cause. Fucking use it.

If this were any other situation with these videos, the murderer would already be arrested.

Judges will often comment specifically in cases like this when decisions are made based on the very specific details of a case versus general case law that might form a general precedent in the future.

LOL at AZ being highest risk due to heat wave, drought, and wildfires. That's just every damned day of the week in the southern half of the state, not an uncommon occurrence at all, and hardly a natural disaster. It's most definitely not anywhere near the same as a hurricane or tornado. And all of them are based on the same source, lack of water because it's a DESERT.

The only people that would classify it anywhere near the same as a hurricane or tornado event are those that live in a temperate and never anywhere outside their little comfy zone.

ICE should have absolutely nothing to do with citizens.

I used to think that was totally BS... But then we ended up with a cousin's super stinky elderly Bassett Hound back like 20 years ago. Switched them off of I think it was Iams to something with actual quality, don't remember but probably something like Fromm, and it immediately made a difference. Like within days.

The friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is a threat to them.

The most obvious would be to prevent the exact situation we're in now. But that would also require more than a handful of them to not be psycho/sociopaths.
