It's incredibly unfair that now my sleep is getting better that I feel utterly wrecked during the last few days.

I guess an 18 month sleep debt will do that.

I think it's like jet lag maybe?

When I got my CPAP I was exhausted at first. I think my body was just so excited to be sleeping properly it was ready for as much as possible. And weird dreams about reaaaally old /deep stuff. Like it was all stored in the buffer waiting for processing. I say just enjoy the sleep!

I have the exact same thing with dreams! Like super intense stuff I haven't thought about it in decades.
