I really do not think with the way that email was worded that it was "a joke" though
if Trump sucking off Bill is a joke, then referencing Trump and Epstein recreating Get Hard doesn't even make sense. It only makes sense to make that joke if it's like, referring to something that happened
The only possible other explanation I can think of is potentially worse
Trump's wife at the time and his daughters are also named trump and the email could be referring to one of them
he also has sons
