A Blu-ray release would still be giving money to Amazon, since it's their production, though...?

But not ongoing payments. And I'd own physical disks so that I can watch it whenever I like without paying more.

You have a very weird moral system you've set up there for enjoying entertaient media.

won't stream it because you dislike the corporate owner.
won't pirate it (even though all the show makers/actors/artists/etc are already paid at that point, just leaving the corporate owner you dislike)
will buy it as a once-off purchase (still supporting the corporate owner you dislike).

Yep that's confusing me.

Not if they wait long enough to buy it second hand, well at least not their purchase. Just a matter of how long they would be willing to wait.
