i would have guess that belize had taken that cake.
they went so far that it's slave descended croele language is more prominent than the local flavor of nahuatl.
Honestly seems way better than most of the region. A negligible white population, prominent Mayan population, and the creoles may not be "indigenous" but they are certainly colonized. Garifuna are a Black-Indigenous mized people speaking mostly Arawakan.
