The 'stopantisemitism' account is operated by a woman named Liora Rez who lives in New Jersey. Many news outlets treat the account as a legitimate organization.

People are watching this reckless antipathy towards humane behavior, and a lot of them are right wingers. The only option for Israel is to take the world down with it, because they are fucked.
