To me it seems like the trump team had them retake te photo several times. It's off center, it's a non standard angle, and they're letting him make a face unseen in most mug shots.
Yes and if you look at the other mugshots in the series, most have a big glare spot. Trump almost certainly got photo privileges

I honestly think the glare is on Trump's "hair," it hangs over quite a bit too blocking light and he's got so much fake tan/makeup on that it doesn't reflect as much light as everyone else who didn't pretty up their faces for a mug shot lol
Why are mugshot photos so shit quality? It's like they are taking them on a webcam from 2003? That one is so hilariously blown out that it's like you're looking at a solar flare instead of a human.

We don't have any money! After we pay for the automatic rifles, the grenades, the body armour, the armoured vehicles and the fuel for the tank there really isn't $100 left to go to Best Buy and get a new camera.
