Yes, but if the usa was only even mildly corrupt instead of mostly corrupt then he'd have been imprisoned decades ago.

Ok, yeah, I'll give the american populace shit for voting for him, or protest voting to allow him to win, but the facts are that the blatant corruption that's allowed him to be like he is now was decades in the making.

as rampant as the corruption is going back throughout the country's history, i'd argue it's baked directly into the social fabric of the nation
