People do live in third world countries, you know?

I do know, but also there's better parts of social than the "[INSERT DISIBILITY HERE] isn't hard to live with or a disability, it's just quirky" types to get advice from, like, say, people with the condition, or professionals doing a thing online as well (a lot are online for free)

Examples are

Doctor Mike https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0QHWhjbe5fGJEPz3sVb6nw

I'm autistic, now what? https://www.youtube.com/@imautisticnowwhat

OwieBrainHurts https://www.youtube.com/@owiebrainhurts

How to ADHD https://www.youtube.com/@HowtoADHD

Obviously there's more than that, but you (probably) get the gist of it. There is free help and self-help out there, it can just take some time to look, and yes, there's probably some good ones on tiktok, but I don't have the energy to find those right now, and I was specifically calling out the "I'm so happy to have [serious condition] it's so quirky" group.

sorry if this is long (looks long from my side lol because links)
