Not really but due to the current US administration I think Europe is realizing they need more of their own autonomy back. That's why Germany and others are switching to open source options and I'm so glad to see it.

Many companies in Germany are currently heavily investing in "cloud", which usually means Microsoft - Azure, M365 you name it. The top management just doesn't care and sees it as an acceptable risk.

I don't know how they didn't realize this decades ago. Being dependant on a foreign nation is stupid even if an Allie. What is even dumber is Europe cannot get out of it. They are talking about using European vendors for PC purchases. Sure but who is making the processors and the hardware for those computers.
