I've got to say, the slogan at the bottom isn't exactly snappy in English. Maybe it's better in Korean.
I wonder if command economy propaganda has development problems because you don't have private sector marketing as a means to advance the state of the art.
Almost certainly true. The strongest element of capitalism is the massive production of marketers. By extension, this massive production of marketers also result in capitalism having higher skill in marketing. Ultimately the entire field is propaganda by a different name.
I don't think anyone here will deny that historically capitalism has had stronger propaganda.
