I don't like eating in the morning. Mouth dry, tastebuds wonky, etc. But I know I need to, so I have Greek yogurt with chia seed pudding and diced fruit. I can pretty much just spoon it into my mouth and swallow, chewing is optional. It gets ~150 calories in me with plenty of quick burning sugars along with some protein and fat
