Yep, the 10 minute trip to hell is a whole lotta fun alright. Still better than the cramps - those can be quite inconvenient. Especially doubling up in the biscuit aisle of a supermarket or on public transport.
at the risk of jinxing myself,. no cramp issues. Nearly two years into full blown menopause, the thermoregulation is a pain in my anuses, it's something I've had issues with due to medication and now I have to recalibrate the whole fcker.
