completely off grid electricity-wise since 7am. Solar currently producing 7kW, 4.6 of which is feeding the grid. So far today: 32kWh.

God I love summer.

I really want solar panels one day. There's the disposal issue, but I'm sure someone will come up with something.

Don't let perfection get in the way of progress- 20/30 years of minimising carbon production is well worth it.

Wow you have a great system - must be 10kw size? Mine’s at 13kwh for the day so far, 6.7 system size. I’ve only had solar for a few months but well worth the investment.

Yeah we went for the highest number of panels our roof could support. All of them. Cover it!! Cost us 9k after rebates, zero regrets.
