You realize that hasn't been out long, right? The studies were performed before that was made available to the public.
It's been on the market for about 9 years.
It was approved in the US about 9 years ago. It takes time for it to then become available. Regardless, it didn't become available for weight loss until 2021, and there were shortages of it so it was not widely available.
